Qurtaba City is the development of an entire city centered around it’s community. With a strong focus on education and faith Qurtaba City will include 4 Universities & Colleges and a center for entrepreneurship and business skills.

Where is Qurtaba City
Qurtaba City is just outside Islamabad in Pakistan, a short drive from the city and near the new International Airport. Qurtaba City is in a prime location.

Can I Visit The Site?
We would be delighted to meet you and arrange for you to visit the site any time. Simply email us and arrange a convenient time and date with one of our sales staff.
How Can I Pay For My Plot?
We have created an easy installment plan so you can pay for your plot in smaller monthly payments, typically over a 3-year period. There are no hidden fees or interest associated with the payment plan.
Can I Buy a Plot Even Though I Do Not Live in Pakistan?
You do not have to live in Pakistan to buy a plot as long as you are legally entitled to own property in Pakistan through possession of a NICOP card or Pakistan passport. You may also assign the plot to a family member in Pakistan.
What Currencies Do You Accept for Payments?
We have accounts in the following currencies:

What Size & Type of Plots Are Available?

There are two types of plots (residential and commercial) and only residential plots are available for sale now. 5 Marla (138 Sq yd), 10 Marla (272 Sq yd),1 Kanal (500 Sq yd), 2 Kanal (1000 Sq yd). Farm houses will be 2 Kanal or more.

When Will Block & Plot Numbers Be Allocated?
If you are a cash buyer (full payment) you will receive your file with block and plot number right away. If the plot is purchased on installments, then the block number would be allocated upon booking and the actual plot number would be allocated after 30% of the total payment has been made.
What About Development Charges?
We offer real value for money to all our respected clients so there are no hidden charges and no nasty small print. All prices are inclusive of development charges.
How Soon Can We Start Building Our Home?

If you are a cash buyer (full payment) you can commence building straight away, with your own builder or with Pillar Nicolson Homes. If you are buying on installments you can commence building work once you have paid 30% or more of the plot price.

Is There Any Discount on Full Payment?
If the plot is purchased on a full payment basis then a discretionary 10% discount is available. Please ask at the time of booking.
Qurtaba City is an Old Project - What Guarantees Do You Offer?

Since 2016 the project has been managed by Premier Investments London Limited (Pillar) and we have invested heavily in the development and infrastructure since then. Pillar ASM Builders are quickly developing this project.

Pillar is also registered with the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) in the UK, its role includes protecting consumers, keeping the industry stable, and promoting healthy competition between financial service providers.

What About Planning Permission and NOC?
Qurtaba City has been approved by TMA Potohar Town under registration no. NOC/TMO/105. We are the only legitimate housing society on the Chakri road that has been accredited from the appropriate government authorities.
What About Infrastructure, Key Amenities & Project Features?
All the services are there: water, sewerage roads, and at this stage electricity is available from national grid. In the future as it is self-sufficient city we will build our own power station. Pillar is working with a UK-based company who intend to build a thermal and heat source power station and in addition our streets lights will be using green energy. The city will have fully surfaced roads (100ft – 300ft wide), streets (40ft). Throughout there will be street lamps, underground electricity supply system, telecommunication system, natural gas supply, sewerage waste treatment system, shopping malls with multi-story car parks, separate markets for ladies, Police station, Fire Brigade and public transportation, city boundary wall and 24/7 security monitoring systems.
Do You Build Houses?

Yes. Pillar Nicolson Homes was established to offer a range of homes based around standard designs. You have the option to upgrade your home from a list of bespoke upgrades and tailor made finishes to give your home a distinctive, unique & personal feel.
